Normalized header used by Wfm.from_file() for Tektronix .wfm captures.

Tektronix .wfm files do not embed firmware information.

model_number

Oscilloscope instrument label from the waveform label field.

points

Number of valid sample points.

seconds_per_point

Time between samples in seconds.

time_scale

Time per division (10 divisions per screen).
